Welcome to 10MG Health Terms of Service. 10MG Health is a trademark name of 10MG, a company incorporated in Nigeria, Senegal, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. By using the 10MG Health Services, you agree, on behalf of yourself and others who use any 10MG Health Service under your account, to the following conditions contained in these terms of service. The Terms of Service are effective on the 1st of September 2025, and they shall be updated from time to time.

• Users must be 18+ or have guardian consent in the country of usage.
• Healthcare providers must be legally registered entities within their jurisdiction of operation.
• By using the Services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.

We provide:

• AI-driven collateral-free financing credit assessments for clinics, pharmacies, and hospitals.

4. User Account 

• To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Provide accurate, truthful information.
• Repay credit and financing according to agreed terms.
• Comply with applicable healthcare and financial laws.

6.  Company Rights

• Use AI algorithms to determine eligibility.
• Modify, suspend, or terminate services for fraud, abuse, or breach.
• Deny financing if regulatory or risk checks fail.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, software, digital products, and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to 10MG Health and are protected by intellectual property laws in Nigeria and internationally.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8.  AI Disclaimer

Our financing decisions are partially automated.

• Users have the right to request human review.
• We are not liable for delays caused by AI system errors.

9.  Fees & Payments

• Financial history to determine creditworthiness will be disclosed before financial decisions are made.
• Loan terms, interest rates, and repayment schedules will be disclosed before contract finalization.
• Late payments may attract penalties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. If such changes affect your rights, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

You expressly agree that your use of the 10MG Health services is at your sole risk.

To the full extent permissible by law,10MG Health disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 10MG Health does not warrant that the 10MG Health services, information, content, materials, products (including software), or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the 10MG Health services, 10MG Health's servers, or electronic communications sent from 10MG Health are free of viruses or other harmful components. To the full extent permissible by law, 10MG Health will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any amazon service, or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through any 10MG Health service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
